Lucy Simpson currently serves as a Principal at Korn Ferry, specializing in Public Services, Social Impact, and Environmental sectors since March 2022. In addition, Lucy has been a Governor at Garratt Park School since May 2019, contributing to the Curriculum Committee at the secondary special needs institution in Earlsfield. Lucy is also a volunteer with Age UK, where participation in the befriending service provides essential companionship and support to older community members. Previously, from April 2016 to March 2022, Lucy held various roles at Perrett Laver, culminating as Head of the Board Practice, while also contributing to the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Team. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of Exeter and A Levels in English, Politics, and History from Tudor Hall School.
