Joseph Sykes is a seasoned professional in healthcare quality and safeguarding, currently serving as Quality Lead (Commissioning) for West Yorkshire MHLDA Provider Collaboratives at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust since February 2022 and as an Independent Quality Panel Member for Age UK since February 2023.
