Ilan Elbaz is a Development Officer for the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences at McGill University since July 2017, focusing on collaborations, event organization, and fundraising reporting. Ilan serves as a Strategic Advisor for Age of Union and as an Advisor for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce's National Cannabis Working Group. Additionally, Ilan is a member of the Board of Directors for Friendship Circle of Montreal and was an Advisor for TheraPsil. Ilan's experience includes mentoring startups, notably contributing to UGo Smoothies, which secured substantial investment. Previous roles include Account Executive at Ecosystem Energy Services, Chief Operating Officer at Qube Realty Group, and Sustainability Manager at Montreal Jewish General Hospital. Education includes a B.Sc. in Psychology from McGill University and certifications in LEED and Real Estate.
