Philippe Gysen serves as the CEO of Agaris since October 2022, overseeing a leading supplier of growing media and soil improvers with a global reach in over 60 countries. Prior experience includes strategic roles at Unilin Group from February 2016 to October 2022, where Philippe led the merger that formed a significant flooring company and directed digital transformation efforts. Philippe co-founded Clos la Cloche, providing expert wine consultancy and sales from December 2015 to December 2021. Roles at Red Bull involved leading marketing efforts for Belgium and Luxembourg, and at Procter & Gamble, Philippe held multiple leadership positions including Business Leader for Gillette in the Belux region. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Biomedical-Electrotechnical Engineering from EPFL, a Sommelier-conseil degree from Université du Vin de Suze la Rousse, and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven, alongside key certifications in digital transformation.
