Chak Raghunathan's work experience includes founding and managing Agam Capital starting in 2015. In 2014, they served as the Managing Director and Global Chief Investment Risk Officer at Aflac. From 2008 to 2014, Chak held the positions of Chief Risk Officer and Global Head of Risk Management at Apollo Management. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2008, they worked at TD as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Trading Risk and Quantitative Analytics. Chak's earlier experience includes being a Senior Director at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada from 1997 to 2001 and working as an Analyst at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) in 1997. Recently, in 2022, Chak has served on the Board of Directors for several companies, including Ohio National Financial Services, The Ohio National Life Insurance Company, National Security Life & Annuity Company, and Ohio National Life Assurance Corporation.
Chak Raghunathan pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras from 1985 to 1988. Later, from 1991 to 1994, Chak completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Mathematics from Concordia University.
