Shabnam Wazed has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Founder & CEO of AGAM International since November 2019. AGAM is a company that revolutionizes lending and empowers individuals and businesses by providing AI-driven digital services for access to finance.

Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at King's College London from January 2019 to September 2019.

Shabnam also served as a CSR Consultant at Geosansar Bangladesh from February 2017 to August 2018, and as a Governance and Compliance Officer at Fabacus from August 2016 to April 2017.

Their earlier experience includes a role as a Research and Compliance Associate at Padma Life Insurance Co Ltd from June 2015 to September 2015.

Shabnam Wazed completed their Bachelor's degree in Law at the University of the West of England from 2012 to 2015. Shabnam then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Commercial Law at the same institution from 2015 to 2016. Following that, they enrolled in King's College London in 2018 and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Emerging Economies and International Development in 2019.
