LaiYan Woo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and project management. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Representative at AG Grid since November 2021, LaiYan has also worked as a Project and Admin Assistant at Fluent2 Limited, where involvement in all phases of IT project life cycles was central to the role. Previous experience includes co-owning and managing administrative tasks at Falim Hotel, as well as holding Account Relationship Manager positions at OCBC Bank and United Overseas Bank Limited, focusing on credit analysis and marketing financial products respectively. LaiYan's career commenced with an internship at Deloitte. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
