Michael Ekpechue has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Michael began their career as a Voice and Data Engineer at TalkTalk in 2013, followed by an Account Manager role at Sage in 2014. In 2016, they moved to Swinton Group as a New Business Development, and in 2018 they were an Owner at MIKKYZ Lifestyle Limited and Creative Director at BenBami Inc. In 2020, they became Director of TWAA Community, Managing Director of Ecobba, Managing Director of Afya Rekod, Founder and Board Trustee of AFYALIFE Foundation, and Director of Ada Labs UK.

Michael Ekpechue's education history includes attending International Business Management Institute (IBMI) for International Law, CMS grammar school Lagos, ENTROTECH for a Diploma in Information Technology, Ultimate College for a Diploma, and the University of Ibadan for a Bachelor's degree in communication/language Art.
