Kevin Stafford, PMP®, currently serves as the Director of Air Traffic Control Policy and Training for the United States Air Force since May 2007, leading a team of 44 members and overseeing significant flight operations and passenger movements at a major airfield. Previously, Kevin has held various roles in air traffic operations and training, including Director of Air Traffic Operations and Regional Air Traffic Control Training and Standardization Director, with a focus on enhancing safety, efficiency, and language integration in operations. Kevin is also a Partner at AFWERX, concentrating on Unmanned Traffic Management and Advanced Air Mobility collaborations. Academically, Kevin holds an MBA in Aviation and a Bachelor's in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with multiple certificates from prestigious institutions, further solidifying expertise in management, analytics, and language skills.
