Dakota Belcher currently serves as an AFWERX Spark Coordinator, focusing on enhancing collaboration and supporting spark cell needs in the north central/western regions. Previously, Dakota held the role of AFWERX Spark Fellow, where the focus was on expanding collaboration efforts for spark cells across the Air Force. Dakota's extensive experience in the United States Air Force includes positions as Spark Cell Lead, Continuous Improvement and Innovation Manager, and Aircraft Technician. Dakota holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from the University of Management and Technology, completed in December 2021.
