Winston Winston is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management across multiple companies. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at AfterShip since March 2021, Winston oversees the engineering team within the Post-Purchase Department and drives the technology evolution of various post-purchase products. Prior to AfterShip, Winston held the position of Director of Technology Development at Ming Yuan, managing a team of over 30 engineers, and at OPPO, where the leadership spanned teams from 12 to over 60 engineers, focusing on the domestic e-commerce platform and training future managers. Early career experience includes roles at Tencent as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager, contributing to the QQ service control system, as well as involvement in security analysis and feature development. Winston holds a Master’s degree in Computer Application Technology from South China University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Information and Computational Science from Sun Yat-sen University.
