Kathy Lally-Beares is an accomplished leader in the nonprofit sector with extensive experience in operations, growth, and impact. Currently serving as Vice President of Field Operations and Regional Executive Director at After-School All-Stars since June 2019, Kathy has previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Growth & Impact at Communities In Schools National Office and Deputy Executive Director at the Data Quality Campaign. Early career positions include Director of the Office of Out of School Time at the District of Columbia Public Schools and Executive Director of the Montgomery County Collaboration Council for Children, Youth and Families. Kathy also served as Associate Director of Child Advocacy at the National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Institutions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Connecticut.
