Dr. Josephine Jim currently serves as the Executive Director of AFS Intercultural Programs, focusing on developing global citizens and promoting intercultural understanding. With over two decades of experience in leadership roles across various educational and social enterprises, significant contributions include chairing Visionary Plus Education Services, managing disaster preparedness initiatives at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, and providing academic leadership at HKU SPACE. Previous roles also encompass managing operations at Kaplan and serving as Chief Executive Officer at Advance Education Group Limited. Dr. Jim holds a PhD from the University of Hull, an MBA from Warwick Business School, and a BSc in Pharmacy from The University of Manchester, complemented by advanced studies in applied psychology from the University of Cambridge.
