Pradip Kadam started their work experience as a CAE Engineer at Tata Technologies from November 2017 to July 2019. Pradip then joined AFRY as a CAE Engineer in July 2019 and worked in this role until May 2022. Pradip then took on the role of Sr. CAE Engineer at AFRY from January 2022 and is currently working there. In 2023, they transitioned into the position of Project Lead at AFRY.

Pradip Kadam obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.
