Jarkko Kutvonen currently serves as the Director of Paper & Board Technology at AFRY since May 2019. Previously, Jarkko held several positions at Pöyry, including Business Development Manager and Technology Specialist focusing on new cellulose products and process technologies. Prior experience includes Project Manager at Stora Enso, leading a micro cellulose development team and overseeing R&D projects, as well as multiple roles at Mondi Lohja Oy, where responsibilities spanned from line management to production superintendent for Paper Machine 1. Early career stages involved contributions as a Master's Thesis Worker at Kemira & Myllykoski and summer roles at various paper production companies. Jarkko holds a Master of Science in technology specializing in paper technology and industrial economics from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, with additional study experience at Miami University.
