Johan Burger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and quality management within the construction and education sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Concrete specialist at Afrimat Ready Mix since July 2021 and a contributor to the SA Bitumen Association on sampling methods for road construction materials, Johan has held significant roles at Afrimat Limited since May 2007 as a Technical and Quality Manager. Prior to this, Johan was the Head of the Technical Department at HTS Drostdy from January 1992 to April 2007, overseeing various technical subjects and administrative responsibilities. Early career positions include teaching roles in different technical subjects and student employment in architectural planning and design. Johan's educational qualifications include a Certificate in Concrete Technology from the City & Guilds of London and a National Diploma in Architecture from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, among other notable credentials.
