Nomonde holds an LLB degree and is an admitted attorney. She is the group company secretary at ARC. Her legal expertise are in general commercial law and contracting, company law, company secretariat and corporate governance. Nomonde has extensive experience as legal counsel and company secretary at JSE listed financial services institutions, manufacturing and mining groups.
