Rene Gitangaza is a Senior Learning Coach Associate at The African Leadership University, having joined in January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist and Assistant at DAI, where responsibilities involved data collection. Rene also served as a MEL Consultant for Inkomoko Entrepreneur Development and worked as an Enumerator. Earlier experience includes a Teaching Assistant position at Kepler Kigali, supporting students through small group discussions and facilitating communication. Rene's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Logistics and Operations, and an Associate of Arts in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
