Dr. Manoranjan Nayak is an experienced logistics and supply chain professional currently serving as the Head of Logistics Shipping and Warehousing at African Industries Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Nayak was the General Manager for Systems & Process Implementation at DEC Infrastructure Project India Private Limited from April 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included optimizing operations through automation and contributing to a special task force for faster project execution. From July 2017 to February 2021, Dr. Nayak held the position of General Manager at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., notable for establishing a transport hub with a fleet capacity of 1000 trailers and enhancing vehicle placement and in-plant turnaround time (TAT). Dr. Nayak earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Pacific University Udaipur between October 2014 and March 2018.
