Ahmed Soudy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in office administration and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Receptionist and Office Support Assistant at African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) since March 2019, Ahmed previously held the position of Senior Administrator at Misr Italia Properties from September 2016 to February 2019, and worked as a Customer Services Agent at Raya Contact Center between May 2013 and September 2015, where responsibilities included managing incoming and outbound calls, as well as resolving customer issues effectively.
