Frederik Teufel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Frederik has recently been working at the African Development Bank Group, where they have held various positions, including Lead Coordinator - Partnerships, Innovation, Private Sector Development, Advisor to the Vice-President for Regional Development, Integration and Business Delivery, Special Assistant to the Vice-President for Regional Development, Integration and Business Delivery, Senior Operations Officer, and Operations Officer. Prior to that, they worked at the International Fund for Agricultural Development as a Value Chain Specialist and Impact Evaluation. Frederik also has experience at UNESCO, the Global Environment Facility, UNDP, German Consulate, and Fundacion Thomas Merle, where they held different roles ranging from internet access for rural communities to ex-post evaluation of social innovations and community service.

Frederik Teufel holds a Master's degree in International Business and Cultural Studies from the Universität Passau.
