Chidinma Eke, MBA, SPHRi, MCIPM, is a seasoned human capital management professional currently serving as the Head of Human Capital Management at Africa Prudential Plc since June 2024. With extensive experience in human resources roles, Chidinma has contributed as an Independent Contributor for BellaNaija and as a Creative Writer for Chinma Eke's Blog since January 2015 and June 2012, respectively.
