Phil Morrison has extensive experience in leadership development and education within the African church context. Currently serving as a Child Safety Assistant and Theological Education Consultant for Africa Inland Mission International since January 2017, Phil is also a Board Member with the Child Safety and Protection Network since March 2019. Previously, Phil was the Director of The Multi-Church Pastor Institute from December 2008 to December 2017, focusing on providing quality leadership training and materials for African church leaders. Phil's academic background includes an M.Div in Pastoral Studies from Biblical Seminary and a B.S. in Bible and Christian Education from Cairn University. Phil is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Transformational Leadership at Africa International University. Additionally, Phil has served as an Associate at the Institute for the Study of African Realities, contributing to interdisciplinary solutions for African societal issues, and as a Lecturer at Moffat Bible College, specializing in practical theology and church development courses.
