How can we tilt our food system to improve human and environmental health? This question is the motivating force for my career. From formulating healthier snack foods and studying grocery stores, to attending Stanford to study business, food, and agriculture, my appetite for impact in this field is insatiable. In my humble opinion, I think the grocery industry is totally underappreciated. Grocers are the cornerstone of most communities and the industry is titanic in size. I think it’s a true privilege to work with our partners and do my best to deliver solutions that improve their businesses, the communities they serve, and the health of our environment.
