Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various fields. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, specializing in an online shop for organic products aimed at body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, since January 2016, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous roles include Owner/Manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutritionist at a Private Consultorio from February 2016 to 2019, and University Lecturer at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, focusing on applied mathematics in nutrition and food history.
