Andrea Mardones is an experienced professional in the field of Compensation and Benefits, currently serving as Sub-Gerente de Compensación & Beneficios at AFP HABITAT since January 2013. Previous roles include Sub-Gerente de Compensaciones y Beneficios at SQM, Jefe de Relaciones Laborales y Administración de Recursos Humanos at GASCO GLP S.A., and Directora Compensaciones y Beneficios at Universidad San Sebastian. Andrea has also held key positions in LAN Airlines and Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc., and began a career at METROPOLIS INTERCOM.
