Richard Coffre possesses extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies, currently serving as Chef de projet transverse at Afnic since March 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the deployment of a new domain name registration system. As Principal Product Manager within the Shared Registration System, Richard drives multiple projects and fosters an agile culture across the organization. In addition to their role at Afnic, Richard contributes to academia as a lecturer at Grenoble Ecole de Management, focusing on instilling an agile mindset in Master's students.
