Shelia Anderson serves as the Chief Information Officer at Aflac, where leadership in IT drives multi-million dollar technology strategies and agile development initiatives focusing on AI and cloud migration. In addition to this role, Shelia is an Advisory Board Member at GeorgiaCIO and a Board Member for the Technology Business Management Council. Previously, Shelia held executive positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, USAA, Grant Thornton LLP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and EDS, leading significant technology and business transformation initiatives. Shelia holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana Tech University, complemented by coursework at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management.
