Joe Garcia is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President for the Northwest Region at Aflac since 2012, Joe has a proven track record in leadership roles, including Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Sage Assurity and Vice President of Sales at Wellmark BlueCross Blue Shield. Prior to these positions, Joe held key roles at Marsh & McLennan, where all Marketing and Sales functions within the Consumer Division were led, as well as Assistant Vice President at Guide One and Senior Financial Manager at Meredith Corporation. Joe began the professional journey as Financial Operations Manager at General Mills. Educationally, Joe holds an MBA in Business from Drake University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Iowa State University.
