Jairo Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jairo started their career as a Switching Technician at Empresa de Telefonos de Bogota, where they were responsible for the administration, operation, and maintenance of Siemens and Ericsson systems. Jairo then moved on to Nortel Networks, where they held various roles such as Field Service Engineer, Manager of Technical Support, and Customer Service Enterprise Director for the Latin America, Brazil, and Caribbean regions. Jairo demonstrated strong leadership skills and contributed to improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency during their time at Nortel Networks.

Later, they joined Anditel - Colombia as the Operation Director, overseeing installations, implementations, and maintenance projects with sales exceeding $10 million annually. Jairo also worked at AVAYA as the CALA Partner Shared Customer Care Leader, where they led the technical enterprise organization, created new service opportunities, and managed partner performance.

Jairo then joined Aspect Software, where they worked for almost a decade. Jairo held the position of Regional Sales Manager for Mexico and Central America and was accountable for sales and consulting. Jairo played a key role in maximizing product and professional services opportunities, building successful partnerships, and developing sales strategies. Jairo also served as the Professional Services and Consulting Director for LATAM and the Caribbean, overseeing project execution, customization, and implementation. Jairo achieved significant results in terms of project execution and sell services during their tenure at Aspect Software.

Jairo'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Global Services and Operations at Afiniti, responsible for the Colombia and Mexico regions.

Jairo Gonzalez completed a Master of Management & Business Administration (Especialización en Alta Gerencia) from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada in the year 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in computer science applied to Administration from Corporación Universitaria de Colombia (IDEAS) in 1993. Jairo also pursued a Technology degree in Telephony and Telecommunication from Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogota (ETB) in 1991.
