Joel's background includes significant achievements as a Manufacturing Engineer and Project Manager, leading initiatives to improve product quality, reduce costs, and manage international partnerships, notably in Ahmedabad, India. Earlier experience includes internships and roles with Winegard Company and Afinitas. Joel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and studied abroad at the University of Valencia.
