Terry Corns is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in advising clients on commercial property matters across the UK. Currently serving as Consultant Director at Lambert Smith Hampton since November 2004, Terry specializes in property disputes, including commercial rent reviews and boundary disputes, and has expertise as an arbitrator and independent expert. Additionally, as Head of the Birmingham Office at AFH Wealth Management since January 2013, Terry leads an acquisition program for commercial property investments for the St John's High Yield Property Fund.
