Miguel Perez is an experienced information security professional currently serving as the Information Security Manager at AFGE since August 2014, where the emphasis is on establishing a formal security program aligned with the FISMA framework and NIST guidelines to safeguard critical information assets. Prior to this role, Miguel worked at TASC, Inc. as a Security Professional from January 2003 to January 2014 and at TICOM, Inc. as a Network Manager from September 1996 to January 2003.
