Srikant Rao has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Srikant started their career as a Manager - Materials at Sundaram Clayton Limited, Railway Products Division in 1986. Srikant then worked as a Regional Manager in Sales at TVS Electronics from 1990 to 1992. In 1992, they joined Microland as a Business Manager until 1994. Srikant then became the Regional Manager for Asia-Pacific at NCR Corporation from 1994 to 1998. Srikant then joined BEA Systems as the Country Manager for India from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, they founded Affordable Business Solutions and has been serving as the Founder Director since then.

Srikant Rao completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 1979 to 1984. Srikant then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, from 1984 to 1986.
