Leonid Korsakov started their work experience in 2012 as a Backend Engineer at Digitalbanana, where they worked until December 2014. Leonid then worked as a Backend Engineer at Informational projects from January 2015 to June 2018. Following that, they joined OSA Hybrid Platform (OSA HP) as a Backend Engineer from June 2018 to June 2019. Currently, they are working at Affise as a Backend Engineer, starting in June 2019. At Affise, they have created a service that predicts client revenue using the Facebook "Prophet" library and Python, despite not having previous experience with it. Leonid developed a system that automatically finds the best parameters for prediction and achieved a prediction error of less than 10% on a 15-day distance. Additionally, they modernized the PHP infrastructure on the project, migrating it from version 5.

Leonid Korsakov received a Specialist Diploma in Engineering with a focus on Communication Tools with Mobile Objects from Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N.Tupolev – KAI from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Scylla: Data Modeling and Application Development, as well as ScyllaDB Essentials Course, from ScyllaDB in January and February of 2023 respectively.
