Samantha Nocera currently serves as Senior Manager of Legal Operations at AffirmedRx, a Public Benefit Corporation, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha worked as a Paralegal at Prime Therapeutics from January 2023 to September 2023, following the acquisition of Magellan Rx Management, LLC, where Samantha was employed from July 2014 to March 2023. At Magellan Rx Management, significant contributions included creating and implementing a streamlined process for handling non-disclosure agreements and developing a subrogation process for cost recoupment. Samantha began their career at Magellan Health from September 2011 to June 2014 as Executive Assistant II in Product Development and Legal, providing support to executives and drafting various legal documents. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with Pre-Law Studies and a Paralegal Certification from the National Paralegal College.
