Dominique Simoneau-Ritchie currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Affinity.co since September 2023. Previously, Dominique held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Wealthsimple from November 2020 to March 2023, overseeing a 270-person hybrid organization in various domains including product development and technical program management. Prior engineering leadership roles included Director of Engineering at Lever, where Dominique established a remote team in Toronto, and Senior Engineering Manager at Shopify, focusing on developing high-performing teams and innovative software solutions. At QNX Software Systems, Dominique managed significant contributions to automotive infotainment platforms, while early career experiences at IBM involved extensive project management and software development across various products. Education includes a BEng in Software Engineering from Concordia University and a DEC in Computer Science from CEGEP - John Abbott College.
