Steve Kelly has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Steve is currently working as an IT Application Administrator at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, where they focus on Commercial Lending and is responsible for software upgrades and integration. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Information Technology Consultant, assisting small businesses and nonprofits with technology issues. From 2015 to 2019, Steve worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Technical Lead, specializing in Identity and Access Management administration and project support. Steve also worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Thomson Reuters, providing administration and support for IBM Cognos. Before that, they were a Business Intelligence Analyst at Volt, providing data analysis and reporting for business managers and marketers. Steve also has experience as a Consultant at Lodestar Solutions, where they worked on technical, architectural, and informational needs of customers. Steve started their career at Cognos as a Principal Consultant, working on various technical installations and upgrades for clients. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to deliver effective solutions.

Steve Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. In June 2020, they also obtained a certification in "Time-Tested Methods for Making Complex Decisions" from LinkedIn.
