Brian Otway is an experienced manager specializing in community engagement and outreach. Currently serving as the Manager of Community Engagement at Affinity Health Plan since September 2013, Brian is responsible for enhancing communication with target markets and community leaders in the Nassau Region. Prior experience includes roles at HealthPlus Amerigroup as Community Engagement Manager and Community Relations Representative, where strategic initiatives for member growth were developed. Earlier positions also include Special Events Coordinator at HealthPlus and Branch Manager roles at Capital One and Sovereign Bank, focusing on operational integrity and business development. Brian’s educational background includes studies at UWI, Trinity College, and Fatima College in Trinidad.
