Wesley Miller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Wesley began their career as a Branch Manager at KeyPoint Federal Credit Union, where they oversaw all branch operations and played a key role in expanding the company by opening three additional branches.

Wesley then joined Fidelity Bank as a Vice President in Commercial Lending and Services, where they coordinated all services for the commercial book of business and assisted with market strategy for brand expansion.

After that, Miller served as the COO/CFO at WSA, LLC, where they held responsibility for operational and financial management.

Wesley later became the President of WCM Management, Inc., where they led the organization and its operations.

Miller's most recent role was at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, where they held multiple positions. Wesley initially worked as a Healthcare Policy and Process Consultant, participating in implementing provisions of health care reform and educating audiences about its impact on the industry. Wesley then became the Director of Health Policy, overseeing the implementation of state and federal mandated activities and managing the Health Policy team. Finally, they took on the role of Director of Medicare Advantage Compliance and Medicare Compliance Officer, where they ensured compliance within the Medicare Advantage program.

Through their varied roles, Miller has gained extensive experience in operations, management, compliance, and policy implementation.

Wesley Miller obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Louisiana State University from 1998 to 2000, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree or field of study from that institution. Wesley also has additional certifications including Certified Healthcare Consultant from Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Integris Performance Advisors, Notary Public from Louisiana Secretary of State, and Professional Academy for Healthcare Management from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP).
