Robert Stanford has extensive experience in security management and law enforcement, currently serving as the Physical Security and Safety Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana since July 2023. Prior roles include Law Enforcement Division Chief at the US Army Office of the Provost Marshal General, Operations Manager at Commander, Naval Installations Command, and Branch Manager at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head EOD Technology Division. Stanford’s background also features positions such as Security Specialist with the United States Marine Corps and Project Manager/Mission Assurance SME at Homeland Security Solutions Inc. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Marine Corps University, various law enforcement certifications from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Joint Forces Staff College, and a BA in Sociology from Drake University.
