Joseph Guenther is a Senior Incident Response Engineer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana since November 2022, with extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT roles. Currently serving as an On Demand QC Tester for the SANS Institute, Joseph has previously held positions such as Senior Consultant for FedRAMP at Coalfire and Information Systems Security Officer for the United States Department of Defense. Joseph's military background includes over two decades in the Air National Guard, focusing on cyber operations and aerospace propulsion, along with roles as a Cyber Operations Technician and Systems Administrator. Joseph holds two Associate of Science degrees in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Delgado Community College.
