Danielle Conway has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. Danielle first joined the company in 2008 as the Director of Customer Service and held this position until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Director of Membership & Billing. In 2019, Danielle was promoted to the role of Vice President of Enrollment & Billing. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Client Services, which they began in August 2021.
Danielle Conway earned a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University between 1988 and 1993. In 2016, they obtained a "Real World Agile" degree from Agile Transformations, Inc. In 2011, they completed a Six Sigma Green Belt program at Pivotal Resources. In 2017, Danielle Conway achieved a CHIE degree from AHIP. Currently, they are pursuing a Leadership Essentials degree from Cornell University, expected to be completed in 2022.
