Brian Lehr is an experienced culinary and sales professional with a diverse background in the foodservice industry. Since February 2017, Brian has served as Corporate Chef at Affinity Group, a sales and marketing agency. Prior to this, Brian led the sales team at CORE Foodservice from July 2010 to February 2017, focusing on Sysco North Texas while also acting as a corporate chef. Brian's earlier experience includes opening the Tyler Branch for Lakeland Marketing as Corporate Chef and Account Executive from July 2005 to June 2009, owning and operating Paparazzi Restaurant from May 2001 to July 2005, and managing a small scratch kitchen at Ballpark Diner from February 1998 to March 2001. Brian studied at Texas Tech University between 1994 and 1996.
