Roger Kitterman currently serves as Senior Vice President of Venture, Business Development, and Licensing at Mass General Brigham since October 2016. As a Managing Partner at Mass General Brigham Ventures, Kitterman has been instrumental in advancing medical innovations through seed and early-stage venture capital investments originating from the Mass General Brigham system. Kitterman also co-founded Mass Medical Angels and served in various board representative roles, including positions at Affinia Therapeutics, Health Catalyst, Tilos Therapeutics, Spero Therapeutics, and Magenta Therapeutics. Additionally, Kitterman was the Executive Director of the Boston Biomedical Innovation Center from September 2013 to October 2022. Kitterman holds an MBA in Finance and Business Development from Columbia Business School and an AB degree from Harvard University.
