Kavitha Sugumar is an experienced Relationship Manager currently working at Affin Hwang Investment Bank since September 2021, focusing on financing activities for investment banking deals and providing financing for Share Margin Financing clients. Prior to this role, Kavitha held the same position at Mizuho from March 2018 to August 2021, managing Japanese Corporate Banking portfolio clients in Malaysia. Kavitha's career began at RHB Banking Group, where responsibilities included UAT testing for a special project and managing both Conventional and Islamic loan exposures for large corporate clients from June 2007 to February 2018. Kavitha’s banking expertise was further enhanced through participation in the Young Graduate Trainee Program at RHB, during which essential skills were developed. Kavitha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with Multimedia from Multimedia University, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
