Tim Girard is an experienced project manager and general manager with a diverse background in environmental engineering, property management, and construction. Currently serving as Project Manager at Affiliated Engineers, Inc. since November 2022, Tim oversees project management and business development, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. As Regional Manager at Midwest Barn Pros since September 2020, Tim focuses on delivering quality building material packages. In addition, Tim has been the Owner/General Manager of The Property People, LLC since January 2017, managing several properties and construction projects. Previous roles include Project and Program Manager at Industrial Accessories Company and Catalyst Technology Service Manager at Fuel Tech, Inc., where Tim was responsible for various project management tasks. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Kansas State University, earned in 1999.
