Hossam Saad has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In that year, they began working as a Customer Service Representative for Western Union. In 2018, they moved to Teleperformance, where they worked as a Travel Agent. In 2019, they began working at Smart Eye as a Data Annotation Technical Support Specialist, Data Annotator, and Data Annotation Expert. In the same year, they also began working at Affectiva as a Data Annotation Expert, and at Talaat Moustafa Group Holding as a CRM Specialist.

Hossam Saad began their educational journey at GEMS Education from 1998 to 2011. Hossam then attended Future University in Egypt from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. During their time there, they also earned an Economics degree. In 2015, they obtained a Duolingo German Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) certification from Duolingo. In 2022, they obtained a Cybersecurity Intro certification from IBM.
