Virginie HECQ has extensive experience in management and service development within the non-profit sector, currently serving as Cheffe de service du service développement at AFEJI since April 2014. In this capacity, Virginie oversees project coordinators and mission officers, managing activities across four association sectors. Previously, Virginie held roles focused on quality of work life within the Human Resources Directorate, enhancing workplace policies, and developing innovative projects. Virginie's earlier experience includes leadership positions at the Fondation de l'Armée du Salut, where responsibilities encompassed directing emergency and stabilization housing programs. Virginie is also an alumna of the Intervention Formation Action Recherche (IFAR), holding a CAFERUIS certification, which underscores proficiency in management and social intervention leadership.
