Julio Machado is an experienced Site Manager and Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Site Manager at afaplan since October 2023, Julio has previously held site management roles at Inova Energy, overseeing significant projects such as the UFV Luzia and Complexo Eólico Chafariz. Prior experience includes a position as Project Manager at Exército Brasileiro, leading engineering initiatives within the military, and earlier roles in civil engineering and production management at Cortez Engenharia Ltda. and Polimix Concreto. Julio holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Unp-Universidade Potiguar.
